[PRODUCTS] Colour Changes Manic Panic

Manic Panic have changed three of their colour formulas to comply with EU Regulations. The colours affected are Atomic Turquoise, New Rose & Pretty Flamingo. The colours in the tubs may look different from previous/older versions, but the results on the hair should still be very close to the original shades.

From Manic Panic UK: "Only a few colours have changed appearance in the reformulation: New Rose, Pretty Flamingo and Atomic Turquoise. The colour of the dye in the pot has changed  for a couple of the colours in the classic range due to the reformulation, but the aim is that the result on the hair should be the same, or with only a slight difference."
