You can now click on the Red Heart *heart* underneath a members avatar on the left to leave feedback on a post. Hopefully we will be able to import all the previous 'thanks' from the old module so not everyone is starting at zero.
To view your reputation you should click on your Profile and then on 'View Reputation' to see who you gave thanks to and who has given thanks to you. It also show's their comment and which post you were thanked for. See image below:
