So the first photo is of the green base I chucked Directions Turquoise over. The second is in natural daylight and the last is under one of those energy saving florescent bulbs at night. It's not THAT green it looks emerald in reality in artificial lighting. I am really happy with the outcome!! Which makes me a bit sad because I don't know how long I can keep it for, what with the job hunt and all *gun*
I was really unsure that about how it would come out over an acid green but I love it as much as I loved being red! Which is a LOT.
There's a bit of unevenness in the base, the ends are darker than the roots and some slight banding from doing my roots but it's not too noticeable with the turquoise over it.
I was wondering what regular turquoise with a better base looks like in artificial lighting?
