I'm bored at work and admiring the timelines so thought I'd get involved! Looking through my facebook for these pics has been fun although I'm slightly concerned that about 80% of pics on there are of me drunk- eep!
I'm not sure what sort of order these were actually in, so the top few may be wrong, but the last few are recent 🙂
My natural colour with blonde parts
Natural with faded Directions Pillarbox red.
I think this was some of my boyfriends old pink, not sure which though.
Some standard box dye with bleached parts
Then got it all bleached after I attempted bleaching and purpling myself (big grey mess!)
This was a mix of 2 purples by rusk, I think purple passion and mystic purple..
The rusk faded quite quickly and I ran out of patience buying and mixing 2 bottles everytime, so started topping it up with Directions Violet
After a while the violet seemed to stop taking as well and would only look good for a week or so at a time, so I came on here and stumbled upon the beloved Directions Plum
(The moustache was white that I dyed with it too :D)
I'm now using Directions Turquoise so will pop up a pic when I can take a half decent one 🙂

The rusk mix and the directions violet are so beautiful! They look fantastic on you, especially with your eyes!
I really love these colours, but I use directions plum instead, because of the reasons you mentioned. If the violet lasted as long, and was as low maintenance as the plum I'd totally dye my hair that colour instead.

Aww thanks all! 😀 I really liked the violet but it didn't last long at all, it got to the point I was topping it up every couple of weeks, the plum sorted it out brilliantly though. Hair cut later so turquoise soon.. if only I could stop looking so damn tired all the time
