I don't, I find them too awkward to sleep in. I washed my hair, put them in and let my hair dry. They were in around four hours this time. The picture was taken yesterday and its still curled today, though its more of a messy, loose, shaggy beach type curl today.

I didn't use anything except a kerastase 'cone free hairspray afterwards, but I did condition my hair when I washed it.

They are seriously amazing for heat-free styling, and if they could now invent heat free straightening we'd all be very happy!
