If you did a full bleach then no matter how healthy your hair feels you should wait another 4 weeks until you even bleach bath.
Bleach damage creeps up on you, you might think your hair feels strong enough but if you leave that bleach for a few minutes too long you can damage your hair beyond repair.

I know you're eager to get to pastels but if you want good looking pastels, then please leave 4 weeks until you bleach bath, your hair will thank you for it.

Other than that your journey seems to be going well, I'm excited to see the outcome! πŸ™‚

im really really wanting to do it like now...( hold me bk ) yeah i did a full bleach but with the coconut oil which i think did help alot...i was thinking if i do a really weak blach bath a might get away with it, and then k pak it after wards, i dont think it needs to much more lightening, just a shade or 2 and only on some strands/patches?????

Well at the end of the day it's totally up to you as it's your hair.

I'd still leave it an absolute minimum of 2 weeks though and make sure you coconut oil beforehand and don't bleach the already silver/palest yellow parts as they're already the right colour πŸ™‚

Wait four weeks, in the meantime keep using he silver shampoo.

Patience is a virtue when it comes to getting a lighter colour, especially pastels, if you wreck your hair it's not going to look as good as it will if you wait

You can't rely on k-pak to sort yourself out every time, it might not work. It's like using the morning after pill as contraception. You know you're doing wrong, but you'll do it anyway because it can be sorted out after. Not a good approach πŸ™‚

But like marthamagic says, it's your hair!

But I'm not the most patient of people when someone is warned and they do it anyway... I'm not afraid of saying "I told you so!" πŸ™‚

cos it is a full bleach, i'd definitely leave it! i didn't have kpak and coconut oil through to me until just before my 5th bleach and 6th bleach i got coconut oil through.
i have got at the nape of my neck about 1/8-1/4 of a inch of breakage and disgusting feeling hair! but i'm shaving it off so its okay for me! but if you're not okay with that, you'll definately wanna wait the full 4 weeks! i did do 1 full bleach and 3 bbs in two days! then had to wait 3 and abit weeks (was kpaking etc), did another bleach bath which didn't do anything because my hair was took damaged, left it two weeks using kpac etc and then i another bb and then a week and half after did another. so because at the start i did it over a short peroid of time, i have that disgusting snapped off hair. now i'm doing what i should be really doing (bb once a week-week + 1/2) and my hair is thanking me! xxxx
oh and i forgot to mention, i find silver shampoo more effective on dry hair, you do use more product but i mean it on for an hour or so and it tones it down, it does look lighter but it isn't ;D xx

iv never used k pak so ill have to take your word on that, but im gona get some ordered today i hope...i wouldnt normally think of doing it ( although i do do inpatient stupid things alot ) but i keep convinsing myself that because i used way to much coconut oil and the bleach didnt seem to take much affect on most of my hair, and it was only left on for 38 min, and that i dont have a history of bleaching , prob 4-5 times in my life and that my hairs in good nik that it can handle a well diluted bb for 10 or 15 min...but i am trying to hold on as long as poss im just finding it really hard...thanks zaralily i was waiting for some1 to say bout silver shampoo, i think i may give this ago tonight see if it shifts some of the brassy darker tones out abit, and im glad to hear im not the only impatient person here, i still dont know if ill bb so soon but i really wudnt do it if i thought it couldnt handle it ( im sure loads of ppl have said that ) but am i lil worried , where i still have some redish tones will the silver shampoo turn them blue or sumut or is it ok????

Don't forget as well, damage doesnt always show right away. It might feel good, but it could be suffering.

it's stopped my hair snapping off! every time i bleach my hair even with coconut oil (although i dont think i put enough on. my hair felt awful ): but joico has saved it! i do it straight after and deep condition then silver shampoo ^_^ i make sure i do another joico before i bb the week later.
and i don't comb/brush or even run my fingers through my hair after a bleach til after my joico! ;D

i have super strong, thick, course hair and hadn't bleach in abouttt 9 months! and i don't use heat and deep condition regulary and most of the hair that was bleach was cut off as my hair is so short. but its bleach, it damages your hair no matter what, hense why you have to be so careful. after your hair starts snapping off, it literally disintrigates. just disappears! D: (while bleaching/over-bleaching)

which silver shampoo? mine is touch of silver and i think it has purple and blue tones in it i believe? i think some of just purple or just blue or both.
purple counteracts yellow and blue counteracts orange. green counteracts red so the silver shampoo will just dile down the orange tones in any underlying orange tones in the red tones you have.

its hard to explained. but white hair is pure, has no pigment in it.
then theres yellow tones. then orange, red, brown and black. bleach removes the smallest pigments first, so black, brown, red, orange and then yellow is the biggest pigment, hense why it's hard to get rid of black. as black fades alot, people tent to put black on black on black, etc. and they have to remove every single pigment which takes longer to remove the closer they get to yellow. so they'll always get stuck on the orange/yellow tones. as they are the two hardest to get out.
it's kinda of like the black is sat on the brown, brown is sat on red, red is sat on orange and orange is sat on yellow. and there's only yellow there if there's no pigment (as in bleach to white or natually white)  but its best to get to pale yellow (inside of bananana) and tone πŸ™‚
after your next bb, the orange will come out completely or leave a slight orange tint, depending the strength of the bleach.

and you can see the colour wheel of what colours counteract each other, easy search in google πŸ™‚

and i completely agree with janineb, my hair seemed okay at first, but it wasn't D: xxx

I know K-Pak is a really good product (not as good as Aphogee on my hair but still good) but you really can't soley depend on it to save your hair after one too many bleaches, bleach can do serious irreversible damage to your hair as I well know.
