I just tried to upload a photo on my phone and it said it was too big (limit is 350kb). When I checked the file info though, it is only 109.8kb. Something seems odd there!
Just uploaded on my PC and it worked.

Not heard of that before - were you using wifi or mobile data? Could be a phone restriction.
Let me know if it happens with any other pics
