When I try to load this forum from my IP I get a message
An Error Has Occurred!
Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!
So I have to use proxy. And it looks like some IP spaces, for whole countries, a banned.
Why is it so?

Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I was running some checks.
Can you clear your cache/refresh browser and try again please as it should allow you in with your normal IP address.
