her natural colour is a mid-mousey brown i think, but she bleached it from black, so its not in fantastic condition but its getting there lol! and yeh you use richesse peroxide its the pink bottle =) and just mix it sort of half and half, leave it for 4-5 mins, then use the white toner =)

I thought I'd add that Loriel Richesse are replacing their richesse with diarichesse, apparently pretty much the same but worth checking that they haven't changed this colour if that refresh has happened in the future, I bought the last 2 9.01 frosty milkshake ones in my local sallys too (plus developer reduced from £15 to £5 🙂

Thanks 🙂 Just thought this thread should be kept up to date, as it's so annoying hearing about great shades that no longer exist D:

Are you talking about the loriel richesse range?
I got mine from sallys, it's about £9 for the tube of toner and £15 for the matching developer (I was lucky that it was reduced to £5 when I was in)
If you google sallys UK you can see if you have a local store.

I would warn you mine went proper grey though.. http://www.hairdyeforum.com/index.php?topic=6221.0 I left it on 5 minutes on VERY light yellow hair.. so I can't really advise how to get the nice colour at the top!

got another question, im trying to go a white or really light silver tone to do pastels on...was looking at directions white toner...1) can i put this on a light blonde base to get a nice white base for my pastels and 2) can i mix it with other colours to get them more pastelly looking (paler looking )?

I don't know about the toner for getting to white, but there's no point using it to make pastels. Just mix the dye with conditioner, that's what the others do here.

you can use the toner to hekp take you to white, but from what ive heard you have to work quick otherwise you'll end up purple!

i use bonacure silver shampoo for my toning needs. it lasts longer than the toner & is easier to work with imo
