I had my hair bright turquoise/blue, which I loved, but I've never been ultra blonde (apart from childhood) and wanted to try 🙂 faded the bright blue over two months with vit c/baking soda/head and shoulders then finally one application of Decolour remover (coconut oil and treatments in between!)
Then bleached and applied bubblegum to the ends. It's due a cut/restyle in two weeks, not sure what I'll do!

I saw it on instagram too, and I love it! The dip dye effect is so pretty, and I love how the blue ends show in the last two updos!
