Not sure why but my ipod camera is still seeing it as bright pink at certain angles - something to do with which way the light is maybe, I dunno.
To me it looks a lot darker and it's more what I'd call a pink-based purple but not very even, which is understandable given the highly unscientific way I applied the dye last night 😛 I just couldn't be bothered sectioning.
Pics - indoors but natural daylight ...
Still a work in progress but I can live with it for a while.
