What shade/mix is this?

Hey everyone!

I currently have a mop of very faded pink and purple curls and after almost three years of the same colour combo I was thinking of mixing it up a bit.
I'm in love with the shade the girl in the picture has (it's something I found on Facebook so I have no idea who to give credit to) but am wondering what shade(s) I have to use to achieve it.
The only brand available to me is Directions so I myself was thinking that the bottom layer looked a bit like Violet but I have no idea about the top layer.

Any ideas?

The top layer could be faded old Plum (the new formula would never fade like that, not even on a very pale base) or a combination of a pink + a purple...

If you have only Directions available I think you might have this colour by mixing Cerise or a tiny bit of Rose Red to Violet (or Lavender?)

Looks kind of like Adore Violet Gem, maybe with a bit of Purple Rage at the bottom

I've never mixed dyes before so how much of each colour should I use if I were to mix violet with rose red?

Start with the Violet, then add a tiny amount of Rose Red at a time, I would use a cotton bud or similar, it is a really strong dye. It might be easier to mix a little Rose Red with conditioner first and add that to the Violet.
