What colour do you want to use next?

I am not sure but I like the sky blue colour.

Sky blue is probably not possible after red. Red stains hair a lot and blue, especially a pale blue, needs a very pale base toned to white.

Would you be happy with a purple or pink? That would be much, much easier. It would have to be a medium to dark colour, unless you are lucky and get most of the red out.

You need to start with a colour remover though. Don't be tempted to start with bleach, it's a last resort. Once you've used a colour remover (you can use them three times, they do minimal damage and nothing using a good conditioner won't sort out) come back and let us know what you've got and we can advise on the next step. It's impossible to say do this, this and this because every case works out differently!
