Trying to get a deep burgundy

Im trying to get to a rich deep red burgundy. At the moment it's a faded mix of diluted rose red and lagoon blue (basically same colour as vr). I was thinking of a mix of rubine and adore copper brown - but not sure that's the best way of doing it?

Any suggestions welcomed on how to get that colour. (Pic below is the kind of colour I'm aiming for, plus what I've got now, although that was a couple of weeks ago so it's faded from that)

Your plan sounds about right to me. The orange in the copper brown will help tone down the blue left in the pink which should hopefully take it to the right kind of burgundy.

Rubine starts off a deep red but fades very pink, (very much like your pic) so I would try a dark red with fewer pink tones.

Thanks for that WP. It's not a colour I've used before so that's useful to know!

Any ideas on what to go for? I've looked at MP vampire kiss but it's new so there aren't any gallery pics, and I haven't seen anything on here about it, so not sure what its base / fade would be.
