Ok I have blonde hair (bleached) that's getting more and more gingery, I use purple shampoo every other wash which helps . I have directions lavender that I've just found will this do as a toner mixed with conditioner? If so what ratio and how long do I leave on ?

If it's going gingery then it's blue you need to use to tone it. Try Directions Neon blue which is a purple based blue. There's no set ratios to mixing dye, you just need a lot of conditioner with enough colour to make the right coloured toner. It's quite pale. You can work out the colour you need if you use a current photo and invert the colours.
