I cannot find this anywhere apart from eBay where it is very expensive, ive already checked on the forum shop and its not there, can you tell me when it will be back on sale or where i can buy it ty

Sorry to say but Special Effects ceased trading almost 3 years ago. Any dyes you find for sale 'may' be ok, but the shelf life was around 18 months so I would definitely try a strand test first and before use, shake the dye well to remix all pigments.
You can see some similar pink shades here - Pink Hair Dyes, and from customer feedback it looks like Manic Panic are the next longest lasting to Special Effects, but nothing quite has the staying power of SFX Atomic Pink. From my own personal use I have found that Adore tend to have the closest colours to the Special Effects range, and Headshot's Pink Elephant is a very popular choice for an Atomic Pink equivalent.
