Hi guys, I know some of you have heard of this, but I was in a local beauty store and saw it, and though how much it looked like Pravana. I did a quick google and found some info on other boards but nothing on here, so I thought I'd bring it up.
Has anyone tried it yet? (Baby J? ;)) I was curious of the intensity and lasting power. For me, it would be an easier to get and cheaper Purple, if it's good. The colors aren't as wide of a range as Pravana has now, with all their pastels and neons, but it looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of the rasberry OR magenta, but maybe for mixing with the purple it might be ok?? I love that the site has a customization app that is coming soon...I am curious how purple will look with say, bright magenta. Or their blue with either of those pinks...hmmm...

I haven't tried it. I did notice a photo comparing ingredients of pravana/sparks & they appeared to be the same :). I am very happy with Pravana. Post pics of special mixes if you try any please 🙂

I have tried the orange and the yellow. The orange is very long lasting and a true orange, not a neon. I don't think I will ever get this orange out of my hair, it barely fades and I went 6 months with out redyeing once. The yellow is very golden and not worth it. The yellow washes out completely in one wash (and I co-wash).

Ok thanks guys! I will probably try the purple (with something else?) and let you know. But it won't be for a really long while since I use only a tiny bit of pravana violet and have tons left (I think I've dyed my full head with it at least twice and touch ups too, still mostly full!!) Plus it lasts forever.
Spooki, did you get yours from a beauty shop? And was it cheaper than pravana? The only place I found pravana in-store in NY was Brighton Beauty.

I got it at a salon supply shop for about $10, found it cheaper online but not when you include shipping. I think Hot Topic carries it in store now.

The Sparks? I found Pravana at Brighton Beauty for about 13 and online for the same, plus shipping. They also have pravana here in the beautician shops that only licenced people can go to so I can't go there. But they have it for a great price.
Sparks I found at the local beauty stores for $8. I assume it would be easier to get since it's not marketed to just beauticians.
I haven't gone to Hop Topic for ages, idk where there even are any out here. But they had good lines in the past (Raw and SFX), but since getting Pravana I don't bother anyway.
