well you see it called you find a way to wrap up your feathers and for the blond get a plastic bag and wrap it aroud the blonde and you wil find the answer. 🙂

Doesn't vaseline work too? Although thats a major pain to get out!

My sections are top and bottom, not slices up and down but I found that cling film (surround wrap in USA I think?) was good for keeping my pink upper sections separate from the green stuff underneath.

And i was thinking of just removing my feathers temporarily, they are a little expensive and free to install xD

The way i did it was i put plastic wrap around the section and then put tin foil around it also just in case. Then you can put vaseline or whatever type of gelatin stuff you want to use on your roots where it's not as covered by the plastic wrap/foil and then you can make sure you don't get it on the roots but there shouldn't be any patches in either color that way 🙂
