I was in my local Savers today and spotted a new range from smart beauty, there are 6 pastel shades, from custard cream, peach melba, candy floss, lilac haze, baby blue & silver moon all at Β£2.99 each. they are semi's with no peroxide or developer. I picked up the silver moon as my hair has some yellow at the back and guess it will work as a toner. I know superdrug do toners at Β£1.50 but they didnt have the shade I was looking for so decided to give this a try.
Currenty sitting with it on, will get back to you on how well it worked.
I gotta admit if I wasnt planning on going red I oulve gave the baby blue a try,it looked gorgeous πŸ™‚
They have them on their facebook page if anyone is interested

OK 1st pic is the straight silver moon, it took well if you want a pale lilac.
2nd pic is after 4h&s washes and a shaving gel fade for 15 mins........still got some on the tips of my fringe.
Staying power seems good, tho it isnt as conditioning as the usual dyes I use, it left my hair rather dry, but was fine after a deep condition.
Id say the pastels are worth a try.

I can't wait to see the red. I love the lilac. That looks like the perfect coveted lilac.
