Anyhoo, bleaching happened this weekend! And I'm rather pleased with the result. I got a palest golden colour from the bleach (with mystery pink tips - apparently I didn't get rid of ALL my coloured ends....doh) and slapped on Directions Silver for a couple of hours. The pics are the result 🙂
Now, what would happen if I put a white toner (I have Directions) on this? Will a toner work on hair that's already been toned? Or would I be better putting Directions Lilac over it and allowing that to fade down to silvery-white?
How about a darker silvery-grey, like Adore or Pravana?
I've never been this pale before so I'm not entirely sure what to do. I do have silver shampoo (Bonacure I think) at the ready for maintenance and...that's about it.

I adore bonacure! I used to put it on my hair as if i was dying it (not lathering it up) and it'd take my pale blonde to a nice silvery shade. Directions white has never really worked for me, it doesn't work as well as the directions silver. What colour are you aiming for or are you wanting silver? Heard amazing things about pravana silver x

I kinda would like to be white-white (as opposed to white-blonde, which is what I'd call this) but silver would be OK as well. Shall I just use the Boancure then? I think I also have a couple of bottles of the old Superdrug toner too.
Edit: neat Pravana silver looks a bit dark for me...maybe a diluted version could be my answer!
