Hey there, my first time posting here so I’m sorry if I’m doing anything wrong.
I have a box of Schwarzkopf Live 098 Steel Silver, and I was wondering if anyone knows what would happen if I mixed it 1:1 with a 20 volume developer? Anyone tried it?
I want to use it as a toner (aiming for a cool platinum/silver colour), but their range of Ultra Brights is notorious for colouring way too fast and mixing it with conditioner makes the colour coverage very uneven and patchy.

At best it'll do nothing. At worst it could cause a horrible chemical reaction. I don't recommend it at all.
Use a purple shampoo and leave it on for 5 mins. If it's not toned enough, leave it for 15 mins. Keep going until it works. It's the least damaging method 🙂
