When I use this stuff on my gray, my hair comes out bluish purple. I've tried Darkest Ash, Dark Ash and Medium Ash.
After a few shampoos, it starts to look ok. Does anyone have any experience where this has happened with this product?

Hi,
Sorry this is not a brand I have personally tried so cannot offer any specific advice but I would suggest you contact Redken about this as does not sound right to me.
