Hi everyone,

So to keep a long story short. I bleached my hair yesterday for the first time in ages, I went from my natural brown to a gingery blonde-ish colour.

I'm hoping to achieve a nice even red colour.

Any suggestions on how I should proceed from here?

Thanks πŸ™‚

If you want a pastel shade you will need to lighten further. Wait a month minimum, and give your hair lots of TLC, then bleach again with a lower volume peroxide. That should get you to a light blonde.
If you would be happy with a darker pink, or one that is more coral/peach in tone you can add pink now. Using a cool pink that has some violet tones will help to neutralise the ginger in your base, as will toning first with violet shampoo/conditioner.
That image is photoshopped BTW, have a look in the pink gallery for some pics of actual pink dyes on real hair.
