hello guys hoping you can help. I wanted my hair a dark reddy brown for xmas. it was blue and I faded it as much as possible and used rubine dye mixed with adore plum brown. my roots have gone bright pinky red and the rest dark purple it looks awful 🙁 think only way to even it out is to use a permenant dye am I able to do this and if so what colour should I try? I'm trying to go for a colour like when cheryl Cole went red thank you so much please save my hair I feel so miserable . xx

The only quick fix will be to add some diluted blue to the roots. Then if you don't like the purple add some more red. Your mistake was using purple based brown and pink over blue. It'll only give you purple hues, not red hues.
In the long run you'll need to use a colour remover to get rid of as much of the darker colour as possible. But it won't be a very quick process.
Don't use a permanent dye, you'll just end up in a bigger mess and likely damage your hair a lot.
