Purple to Silver hair! HOW?!

Wha colour was your hair when you put the purple on?

You'll have to either allow the silver to be uneven, or work on getting it more even. So we need to know what colour your base was.

Also, what kind of shade of silver do you want?

it went from a dark violet to a lavender plus pinkish colour. if I don't want to wait till it fades, will a color corrector work?

I need to know what colour the base was specifically, BEFORE you put on the violet. I need to know if it was yellow, had orange bits, close to white? etc etc. It's impossible to say if you can get to a colour and how with no history. I have no idea if a colour corrector will work at the moment (by which I assume you mean something like colourB4 or color opps in the US). It doesn't really matter if you want to wait for it to fade, some times it's the only way... but I haven't made anything near that kind of assessment yet, because I can't! We need some more detailed history or we can't answer 🙂

I need to know the depth of colour you want. Dark, light, medium? But for that I need to know the base colour to assess if you can get a lighter shade, if that's what you want. A photo would be even better. Of your hair now, and even an example of what you'd like. Your idea of grey silver might be different to mine, mine different to the next person and so on.

I think the darker parts of your hair will be too dark for even dark grey/silver. You'll need to do a bleach bath on them to get the base light enough once you have faded the purple out.

I agree. Even if you do get grey over it, it'll be on the brown side rather than silver.

Would one bleach bath be enough?

It might be. Impossible to say for sure.

Don't bleach while it's still purple. It often goes green.

so I'll have to wait for it to fade completely?

what silver dye would u recommend then?
