Please help, my roots are now green blue and brown

Hi, I need some help.
I dyed my (light blonde) hair with Manic Panic Ultra Violet dye (diluted with conditioner). My natural hair color is medium to dark brown, so I had to bleach my roots before applying the dye. I loved the color, but my roots were not so vibrant as the rest of the hair. The color just didn't stick well enough, however it was not that bad until now.
As you probably already know, Ultra Violet turns blue after a while, so my hair is currently a nice shade of pastel blue, and I love it, but the top of my hair turned greenish (like brassy blonde covered with faded blue = green) + my natural brown roots have grown (~1.5 cm), so now I'll have to bleach roots and re-dye my hair. The question is: Can I bleach my roots over the faded blue-green color, or I will have to wait until the color is entirely washed out? Like, I'm a brunette with blonde hair and I used purple dye to get the blue hair which is now half green and I really want to fix this mess as soon as possibble and get the normal pastel blue color without any other colors on my hair... What should I do??
