Hey de ho! πŸ™‚

Well, after a couple of months of being happily pink I'm just about ready for a change but I seem to keep alternating between pinks, purples and reds of various shades.

At the moment I'm a kind of diluted flamingo pink (a made up concoction of various Directions colours and a load of conditioner), I really like it but there seems to be a hell of a lot of pinks around here right now and it is looking a bit fadey already.

At home I have a pot of Poppy Red, a purple mix (somewhere between plum and violet), a tub of the pink mixture and a load of left over green from last summer!  Ideally I don't want to bleach or strip the existing colour as I only did it about 2 weeks ago...my thoughts are either just putting the red on over the top of the existing colour to give a pinky red or mix some of the pink and red together with a little bit of the purple to give it some depth similar to my avatar pic, or do you think I should just re-apply the pink and stick with it?

What do you reckon ??

I found that when I used rubine in my hair it came out more of a pink red, I'll try and find a photo, also cyclamen was a much more pinky red. I've not played around much with different colours so I'm sure someone more experienced can help some more, but these were the shades I've tried.

I have *JUST* made a snap decision and might put a couple of purple flashes in my existing pink just to change it up a bit...going to work out the placement and give it a go at the weekend, only problem might be the colours bleeding together when I wash it!  I'm going to refresh the existing pink tonight and see if what I think at the weekend πŸ™‚
