Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to get pastel pink hair if I put it over silver?
I recently died my hair with koleston 12/81, it did not come out too grey, more like platinum with a silver hue.
I always wanted pastel pink hair, but everyone says my hair has to be white for this.
So does anyone know if this will work?

It really depends on the shade of silver and the shade of pink, can you post a pic of your current colour?
A white base isn't necessary, but it does need to be very light and toned so no yellow remains.
