Pastel pink hair help! The color washes off too soon.

Hello!
I've been trying to dye my hair pastel pink but it doesn't seem to be working well.
My natural hair color was dark brown/almost black. I've bleached my hair 3 times (went to a hair stylist) to achieve a very light blond.
This is how my hair looked like before dying it:

I'm using manic panic's hot hot pink diluted on conditioner.
I don't have a picture of how my hair looked like right after the dye but this is how it looks now:

My problem is I dyed my hair on friday and just washed it yesterday, and it already faded a lot.
You can't see it very well on the pic but it looks all sorts of shades of pink/blond, and it doesn't look pretty.
What bothers me it's that it starts fading right in the middle and just one or two days after dying it, it already looks blond in that area.

Any tips you might have for me?
I'd really appreciate it.

How long did you space the bleaching out? Also how much are you diluting your dye with conditioner? I can only assume it's one of 2 things but could possibly be wrong as I haven't got a huge amount of experience. Firstly if you've bleached your hair 3 times in a short space of time I can only assume that you've over processed the hair & it's now quite porous the colour is just rinsing out or your diluting the pink far too much, pastel shades don't last as long as a less diluted dye.

There are lots of reasons it could be fading so fast. The uneven fade is due to differing porosity in the hair. A protein treatment may help even the porosity out.
Are you applying the dye to freshly washed (with shampoo) but unconditioned hair? Conditioner can form a barrier.
How long are you leaving the dye on for? The longer the better with these types of dye, I leave mine on for 4 hours minimum, many leave it overnight. Rinse with cool/cold water only, seal with a vinegar rinse or icy blast.
Are you washing with shampoo/hot water? Using cooler water and either conditioner or sulphate free shampoo will help prolong your colour.
What conditioner are you mixing with? I find much better results when I use a silicone free conditioner to dilute the dye.
Manic panic is known to be a fairly easy to remove dye for most people. A different brand may suit your hair better. Special Effects, Pravana, Adore, Directions are all brands that tend to last well. SFX pinks are almost permanent, and last really well as pastels IME.
Heat styling will fade colour, as will direct sunlight, so is best kept to a minimum.
With pastels, it is easier to dye slightly darker to begin with to allow for fading.

I waited a month between the first and second bleach, and a month and a half before the 3rd.
I also could not dye my hair until 2 weeks after the 3rd bleach.
As for the dilution, I used around 10 oz of conditioner since I have a lot of hair. I added something like a spoon of hair dye on the mix.
Should I add more dye? or is there something I can use to prepare my hair?
Most of this hair products are hard to get here on my country, so I have buy them via internet.

Thank you!
Yeah, I noticed it didn't fade out as much in the area at the bottom, so I thought the sun mught have had something to do with it as well.
Any good treatments you could reccommend?
I didn't know about SFX. I may try those. c:
I dyed my hair when it was dry, a day after washing it, and left it for 4 hours. I'll leave it longer next time, as you say.
My mom got me a conditioner that's sold in bulk at a store near my house. So that may be another cause for my problems haha.
