New colour suggestion?

I currently have a 2 and 1/2 months SFX Deep Purple fade. I'd say that if you don't know how it started off, you wouldn't even call this a fade! it's a pretty pink but I was thinking it's time for a refresh, maybe spice it up a little by going towards a different colour than purple.  I don't have a clear idea in my mind, just considering all colors: deep red, blue also green even though it was quite a struggle to get rid of it when it was caused by the new Plum formula... the only ones I am not really keen on are pastel shades because I don't want to bleach right now and I think they would clash too much with my natural haircolour. I'm just in the mood for something different so I wanted to ask you, what would work over this base?  I was leaning more towards blue, I was thinking that since my base is now pink it won't fade to green.

And is it safe to mix dyes from different brands? I have SFX but Directions is the only one I can buy in stores here. I don't want to order online because I'm not really up for waiting and by the time I get the dye delivered, I could've even changed my mind about the colour. I know myself  😀
