MP Purple Haze help.

I just want to say that I searched this forum but decided to make my own post.
I love doing stuff to my hair and it's no stranger to being handled. On this note... My hair was a neutral brown but I had been using demi so the top of my head got pretty light but the back turned and orangish color (but still pretty light). I decided to go ahead and put the MP on it. The top looks amazing but the back looks muddy.
Any advice would be awesome!!

As a quick fix you can go over the muddy areas with a more highly pigmented purple (such as Pravana Violet) or a different colour that will cover a darker base such as a deep pink or magenta.
Long term, you need to lighten the parts that were orange. I would use a colour remover as the orange tones were caused by (I assume?) bleaching out old dye, then re bleach if necessary. Fade the purple out first, so it doesn't turn green.

I'm gonna reapply today. I ordered the Pravana as you suggested. By the time it gets here I'll be ready to do a color remover! Thanks Wicked Pixie!❤

The second application (without conditioner mixed in) took so much better. I think it just needed to build up! The Pravana is in the mail but I'm happy with these results!!

Yeah I often find that another application of the same colour will help. I had to do it with my Violet recently.

Lovely colour!
