MP Hot Hot Pink

How light is your base? iI found flamingo pink to be very neon if applied over a light enough base. I used to mix with rose red for a darker pink that was still neon.

My base is very pale blonde (underneath some Flamingo Pink), especially now that I'm using Wella Blondor the roots come out a very creamy blonde. Flamingo Pink does come out very vibrant on me (like my picture on the bottom), but it's not like the fist picture, it comes out about as light, but it seems muted, if you get what I mean.

I haven't used it neat for a long time, but Flamingo pink used to come out just like the top pic for me years ago, maybe its just less neon now, which is sad. If you can get some Atomic Pink, nothing tops that for neon-ness lol.

Yes, it just doesn't seem to have that "Ooomph" any more. I'm scare to try Atomic Pink, I've heard that stuff is practically impossible to remove (sadly like the new Directions Turquoise which is stuck in the back of my hair currently. I'm just going to grow it out and keep using Atomic Turquoise now!)!

Hot hot pink comes out very neon on my hair when i have a pale yellow/white base. I will upload a pic for you when i get home and get on my laptop

The light was very yellow there so it makes it look slightly darker than it was. If i find a better pic i'll post it.
