Mixing colours

I'm not sure what poly colour tint is, but if it's anything that is mixed with developer then don't do it. I won't make your hair fall out (probably), but it probably won't do anything else. Adore just isn't made to work that way.

Hi, sorry for the delay, I haven't mixed the colours, I thought I'd be sensible... I wanted to achieve a little more red, I've gone back to brown after doing B Red for over a year, but am already missing the red, trouble is covering the amount of grey roots meant colouring my hair so often, ideally I should work back lighter I guess, but I loved the red..🙄

You can do it a couple of ways.

Bleach your roots lightly to roughen them up and then use a mix of adore brown and red to your liking and use that all over.

Carry on using the brown on your roots only and then use a red dye after.

The red should show, mostly in sun and bright light though, but it'll make the brown look richer and a little deeper (by which I mean depth of colour more than darkness, if that makes sense!). Going lighter would make a bit more sense as the line is less harsh, but I understand 🙂
