Manic Panic Blue Steel or Ultra Violet in toner for silver hair

Hi! New guy here. I've been wanting to go silver so I've been my own research (err, reading old threads and online articles lol) and on here I've read about using Manic Panic Ultra Violet to tone yellow hair, silver. Lately though I found out Manic Panic has dye called Blue Steel that can get me the silver shade I want for bleached hair.

I was wondering, for maintenance, if instead of mixing in Ultra Violet with conditioner as a toner I can mix in Blue Steel instead? Thoughts? Or would I be better of dyeing with Blue Steel and toning with something else? Juprefer the color you can get from Blue Steel but if Ultra Violet is much more economical (where I live, Manic Panic costs about $17-18!!) in the long run I can go with that. Just to give an idea of the silver I want I included a stock photo for Blue Steel. The color you can get from Blue Steel is so nice! I just don't know exactly how I can maintain (hence the Ultra Violet vs Blue Steel in my toner question). Thanks!
