Loreal Dialight clear color gloss

So I got the Dialight clear gloss tubes and the Activator at 6%. The instructions say 1 tube per 75ml of activator, leave on 20 minutes and rinse however, videos I see are shampooing and sometimes conditioning and sometimes not. I need to know after my 30 min development time, do I shampoo AND condition?  Or just shampoo?  This should last me about a month I assume before I do another round.

HELP!

I usually don't. I just rinse well and condition + I've never encountered an problems at all. It's kinda the same as using a demi toner, just minus the actual color. You can make it last a bit longer too by using sulphate free shampoos when you do wash, stretching your washes and especially CO washing.

I had to go on my own so I did shampoo and condition just to be safe. I wasn't sure what I should do so I erred on the side of caution. I did use a sulfate free shampoo though!  Love love this stuff. Really made my hair shiny.

Yeah there's nothing wrong with shampooing after a gloss, I think most just do what they are comfortable with πŸ™‚ They do add a lot of shine I'm glad you like it πŸ™‚

Could this clear gloss be used over Adore colours?    I've just been trying to look up info on Dia Lights but sounds like they must be mixed with peroxide, or is that just for colours and not the clear?

The gloss/clear needs to be mixed with peroxide also, so it's pretty much the same thing damage wise as doing a demi color, just without the actual color. You could use it over a semi if you wanted to.
