Hey! Hoping someone can help.
I want to go lilac/ light purple. I had blonde hair with some lilacy bits where I've left purple shampoo on too long so today I decided to dye it all. I lightened my roots and mixed crazy color Violette with conditioner.
As you can seein the pictures it's gone very very blue. What do I do to fade it or make it a light pinky purple?
Xx
Update -
So after washing it a couple times with shampoo it has faded considerably. So my question is; is my best bet still diluting a pink and putting it all over to get a lilac or should I dilute a purple/plum colour? I just want it to be light purpley pink lilac! π
The blue is a bit brighter in person

I would give it a wash with shampoo, and put some diluted pink over to create a pastel lilac shade.

Thank you! Can you recommend a shampoo to use to fade it? And which pink should I use? I can buy crazy color or directions x
Any shampoo that is sulphate based.
You want a cool toned pink, so directions Rose Red or Cerise would work, or Crazy Colour Cyclamen or Pinkissimo. Just add a tiny amount to a bowl of conditioner to make a pastel, and strand test over the blue.
Thanks so much for your help! X

That looks like it should go lilac easily with some diluted pink over it.
Looks great!
That looks so good!
