Hi there!
A frien wants me to dye her hair lavender/ lilac i only brought with me sone adore indigo blue, violet gem and CC peacok blue would those colors be good enough to dilute/mix? Im cyrrently in Mexico so I can only get manis panic ( known for being expensive and crap!) or ion brilliance brights (the sally own brand) .

I think those colours would do fine, dilute them separately first before mixing them together though and you should have much better colour control.

I would say Violet Gem diluted would be a good starting point, then add a little blue if it is too pink
