Keeping/Storing Home Made Colours

*waves*

I used a pale pink the other day and wanted to top up with a dash of shocking pink in but accidentally used the silver (which is basically a violetty shade, the Stargazer) then added a drop of violet anyway and conditioner to the mix.  It made a really pretty Cadbury's purple but I didn't want that colour today.

Separately I used up the rest of the pale pink (Bleach London in Rose) and a dash of Shocking Pink and now that is on my bonce.  As the BL bottle was empty (bar traces) I have decanted my Cadbury's colour into that.  It has a screw top lid.

Is this going to be okay stashed this way to use another day?  Apologies in advance if this is a daft question?!

yeah, it's fine - just put it in an air tight container and it'll last forever (something like a tupperware box or an old clean conditioner tub are what I normally use).  I have a tub of a green mixture and a purple mix that have been there since last summer and they're both still good to use when I need them! πŸ™‚

A xXx

Yep it should be totally fine πŸ™‚ I've had nothing else to use besides empty spice jars before, so I have some dyes that smell a bit like rosemary and thyme lol
