I want Lime Green Hair!! But how?

Hello!

I've wanted lime green hair now for a while, but I've just been to lazy to get around to it. But NOW!! I'm going to freakin do it!!
This is my current hair color:

It's a bleach-bath:d Alpine Green + Turqouise from Directions. I would like to achive a hair color like this:

I would like to have like a yellow-lime green color. But not to yellow (second picture) and not to green (last picture). The first one would be perfect!

I've never dyed my hair a green color before so I have no idea what color I should use.
What colors do you think I need to achieve my dream-green?
Please notice that I live in Europe and can only get colors from Directions, Special Effects and Stargazer (I think)!

Thank you for your help <3

I'm pretty sure (in the 1st photo) that green color is electric lizard, and the ends look like either faded electric lizard or just electric banana, but you would probably need more electric banana or maybe fluorescent glow would work, so it's not too green looking, since you already have blue. I think if you used electric lizard over it, it would come out looking more like the last photo.

Over your lilacy piece though, I would either just leave that, I think that would look cool with the green/yellow, or if you want it green too, just do some fading treatments on it to fade it out first.

I believe that Directions Fluorescent Glow with a spot of Turquoise in it makes a bright, bright lime green.

Lime will look amazing on your hair! I would go with Directions Spring Green and Fluorescent Glow. You can then control how much green and yellow you use, and you will have both colours available for tweaks and touch ups. They have changed Spring Green recently so it is now more neon than a lot of the pics online.
Your base looks great apart from the pink/purple in your fringe. I would try and fade that out or it will go muddy with the green.

Do lime green with pink in that purpley bit, that would be gorgeous!

Directions Spring Green used to be the same colour as a lime popsicle.  I second Wicked Pixie's suggestion of mixing it with a bit of Flourescent Glow to get a really bright lime!  I also love Janine's idea of putting pink in your purple streak, that would look amazing against a bright green!

Thank you all for your replies!!

Katiesiepierski - Isn't Electric lizard and banana manic panic dyes? As I already stated I can't get ahold of those dyes because I live in Sweden ):
TabithaBlue - How much turqouise do you think I would need? You think you cant guess how much I would need measured up? πŸ™‚
Wickedpixie - Thank you!! <3 And thank you for the tip with my purple streak, you know, It used to be a Dark Tulip color ^^
Janineb - OMG YES! I've wanted lime green hair because it would match my bright pink lipstick (Sleek lipstick - loved up, goregous color) And it would match even more with a pink streak! I still havew some flamingo pink left that I can use. I will look like Nicki Minaj haha! <3 *yay*
Intempestivity - I think I'm going to go with the Flourscent glow and Spring Green and thank you! <3

Thank you all again, I just want to ask one more question; I'm going to Greece this Saturday and do you think I should color my hair green before or after the trip? I'm afraid that the color would fade but is it really going to fade that fast? I wouldn't know because I live in Sweden and the sun here isn't so strong  πŸ™‚

Thank you all again for your help  :-*

Oops, sorry I totally missed that! But look at this:

really close to the color you want, both Directions colors, you would just need to tweak it a little πŸ™‚

I'm not sure how fast it would fade in Greece, Idk what the sun is like there. You could bring a hat with you just in case or buy one there πŸ™‚ And as long as you stick with the basics for making semis last too, I think you should be fine - like using sulfate free shampoo/CO washing, stretching your washes, using cold water, do a vinegar rinse after you dye, keep the dye in at least 4 hours under a cap, you can heat it up for 10-20 minutes too..

Green fades pretty fast even at the best of times and the sun in Greece will make it worse. I'd wait til you're home πŸ™‚

Also, you can get manic panic if you buy from www.beeunique.co.uk granted, it'll take some time, but it is possible.

A 50:50 mix of Directions Flo Glo and Turquoise make a lovely jewel green rather than lime green but you could just up the proportions of the yellow to get the shade you want.

This is my Flo Glo/Turq mix from last summer...

A xXx
