How to - ice blue

I don't know if the attached photo is edited but even if it is does anyone have recommendations on how to achieve this colour ... Directions preferably as I can get that brand local 😊

I am already at a level of blonde that's needed to go that type of pastel colour xxxxxx  *thx*

Well that is photoshopped, so a little unrealistic.
If your hair is fully bleached to an even level 10, tone it to white with a violet based toner. Then very diluted blue should get you a similar colour. I prefer to dilute stronger blues as they last better for me. Midnight and Atlantic blue both dilute quite aqua/turquoise, Neon blue is purple based, you may need to mix to get the exact shade you want depending on your base.

Diluted bubble gum blue might go that shade. It faded similar to that colour for me when I used it. I think it would be a little tricky to get it quite that silvery though. Maybe toning to silver first might help?

my bubblegum blue faded a similar shade. I agree with toning to silver first

Thanks so much ladys ive looked at the bubble gum blue and your are right im going to try using that one but I will tone my hair sliver first , thanks again xxx
