I've recently bleach bathed my super faded orange hair and I'm now quite a light blonde. I'm wondering, how much lighter I need to get my base for a lilac? Also, as I've bleach bathed it from a pale orange, sections of my hair have a peach tone to it, I know I need to get rid of my peach tone before going lilac but how do I go about this? Do I need to bleach bath again or will blue/purple shampoos help neutralise it? 🙂

For a true pastel lilac you will need to do anpther bleach bath (waiting at least two weeks from now) and get your hair to inside of a banana colour and then tone your hair to white. Lilac is super picky about bases.
For a darker purple then your current hair is fine, so it's up to you how pale you want the end result to be. You could get away with a darker blue toned purple on what you have now.
