Hello! Have just used the bleach and shampoo technique to remove most of my remaining colour. Now I need to decide what colour to go next. I was going to try red, but am really tempted to try grey. I currently have directions silver, but from looking at results pictures my base is nowhere near light enough. Would it go totally weird over my base? Shall I try toning, or just wait it out and do a bleach bath in a week? I'm going out Saturday so kind of want to sort it, but maybe should wait, or try to find a darker grey? Decisions!!

I think you'd need another bleach bath for most grey shades. The nirvel grey is the darkest I think, but I think the darker yellow bits might make it uneven still.
I'm impressed with how much you've faded though!

Try a strand test with the silver, at worst it will tone the blonde to a more ashy shade. For a true silver you would need a lighter base though. Darker and warmer greys are possible over what you have now.
