*anyone*

Hi I'm new I had my hair done yesterday my hairdresser bleached my hair 40vol over cerise directions faded out hair I also had that presivoly bleached again 40vol before cerise was put on.
Anyway it was bleached then mixed with a toner to take orange tones out then dryed with hairdryer it was a warm orangey colour.
I had got 2 bottles of special effects atomic pink and cupcake pink I mixed all off both bottles together because I was unsure of colours atomic pink looked very dark red, I used it all applied rinsed off after 6 hours dryed with a hairdryer.
Next day my hair feels like candy floss plastic there's yellow bleach streaks all way through lightly, I have no idea upkeep what I need to do to keep colour what colour I should use out the two on its own. If I should be using full bottles
Any help please

Your hair was bleached twice with 40 vol and then toned? No wonder it feels like candy floss! It sounds like it is over processed, and that is probably why it isn't holding the colour well. (Unless you missed parts when you applied the pink?)
It is fine to mix the colours, but the Cupcake pink will get entirely overwhelmed by the Atomic Pink. If you want a lighter shade, it is easier and cheaper to just dilute the AP with some conditioner.
Concentrate on babying your hair for now, it is likely to start showing more damage over the coming weeks. A protein treatment and some deep conditioning will help, avoid any heat styling, wash gently and minimally.
Can't really advise on the colour without pics.

My hair was bleached months ago for la riche directions
Then after it faded after a month or so
I got it bleached again.
Not bleached straight after each other,
When my roots start getting black it will need bleaching again. My hairdresser said it's rejected the dye with the bleach coming through as so damaged and dry and Had to much on it colours bleach etc
It will start snapping soon :
How do you put ap in conditoner and how much all bottle of ap?
It won't let me send pics

Bleaching with 40 vol is always harsh, doing it twice is always damaging, however long you wait. Bleach damage is permanent and cumulative, I would consider changing hairdressers.
I agree, the hair is too damaged to hold colour because the 40 vol has basically blown the cuticle off.
The amount of dye and conditioner you need will depend entirely on how much hair you have and how dark/light you want the pink.
If you want a shade similar to cupcake pink, put white conditioner in a bowl and add small amounts of atomic pink, mixing well until the desired shade is reached

*thx*
She said about dying roots a ash colour so it will look blended I'm with my roots rather then keep going with bleach at roots when they come through. I'm it sure I wanted a lighter pink I wanted a very bright pink but the ap was red colour in bottle so assumed it would be a very dark pink not very bright even though it's a neon and glows??
She also told me I would need sulphate free products shampoo and conditoner but  I can't find any In supermarkets or boots etc??
Any ideas I don't want to pay much fot them either
Thank you hunni 😘

The cheapest and gentlest route is to CO wash, so just use a cheap silicone free conditioner in place of shampoo.

Sorry to drop in, but did you have some error about not being able to upload stuff, Hollydolly? I see some things logged in the admin logs, but it's not really clear what went wrong, so if you can give me a little bit more details of what happened, it would be great because I tried to reproduce it and I am unable to do so (regular supported images work, while too big stuff or unsupported formats fail as expected with no errors in the log, as expected again). Thanks!

Note: details about the image you were trying to upload would be amazing (file size, extension, dimensions).

You can simply hold your finger onto them and tap "Details" or something similar.
"Won't upload" ain't helpful, I need details like throws an error saying X or screen refreshes without doing anything or screen does absolutely nothing or... Whatever happens. πŸ˜‰
