Hair styles!

Look at me getting all post happy this week!  On top of my colouring woes I also have a haircut dilemma too!

I've been growing my hair for AAAAGGEES and am doing quite well, it's almost at shoulder length, probably the longest its been for about 15years now but about 90% of the time I just stick it in a pony tail +/- a hairband as it's bit quite wavy enough to just leave but not totally straight either but ideally I don't want to use straighteners more than about once a week if I can.

Half of me is tempted to just get it all chopped off again as there's loads of fab short styles that I love but the other half of me thinks I should keep persevering and try to get somewhere close to the Rapunzel length that I really aspire to!

A xXx

Maybe try embracing the waves and even try for curls, it's possible you could get them. Look up the curly girl method.

That 3-days keratin spray works really well for me. Even when i tie it up (loosely) it still goes back to being mostly straight. It has cut down how much i straighten by half

You can also try plaiting it to give it more wave and body. On shorter hair two or more french braids are the best way to add curls, do it before bed on slightly damp hair.
You could also try and find a cut that gives you more shape whilst continuing to grow it, it sounds like you are at the awkward stage.
