Since my hair is so short would I need a blow dryer after the dye treatment?  Also am I correct in assuming this comes with a hair net.  And how long should I let the product sit?

adore dyes do not need heat to work and they do not come with a hairnet.

I'm not sure I've ever come across a dye that supplies or needs a hair net 🙂 do you mean like a shower cap? A plastic cap with elastic? As puerkz says though, it doesn't need heat to work.
