Grey Advice

Didn't need much persuasion!!

I must have missed this thread a couple months ago!  I haven't successfully covered grey with the Pravana Silver or the Nirvel ArtX Grey - but then again, I've got a few patches of grey and the other roots grow in quite dark, so it's a bit of a challenge!

I think the Nirvel is the best bet in covering all-over greys, as Marthakins suggests, it's more concentrated, and though I haven't tried it this way yet, they say you can mix the Nirvel with a low volume peroxide for better coverage.  But both these dyes are brilliant in turning yellows over to ashy tones.

I'm not so bothered about covering the greys that much...as you can see from my earlier photos, the front of hair is quite ashy and just really want to tone the rest of the hair so it doesn't look so yellowy! @Alexia  This is my hair post-hairdresser and I just want it to be like that more often!
