Going from Plum to Grey hair ?

heyy everyone  ;D

so i've been searching and couldn't find much on the subject, i was wondering if it's possible to go from undiluted Plum (now dark blue, but turquoise when faded) to Grey hair, NOT silver or white, more like dark grey
Would it take a lot of bleaching ? cause im not really up for that, just wondering if there's like toning or dying possible to originate some grey hair?
i mean, when i had pink over turquoise it soon started going purplish with some grey ends
would putting pink over it help ? i don't really have an even base
Anyways thankss !

I have been using Nirvel artx Nutre Color in grey. It is a dark, almost charcoal, warm toned grey. I think it would go over faded blue rather nicely. I have been adding blue and/or green to mine and using it diluted to make it more silvery, so a blue green base should be an advantage. You will need to fade the Plum a bit though or it will just look black.

Ohh I don't believe they sell that where I live ): bah

Is it a semi-permanent or permanent dye ? what does it fade to ??
Yeah i've also thought of adding a bit of blue to make a colder shade of grey
and yes if i choose to change it i'd go to a sea foam green first πŸ™‚

Try online.

Sea foam green, if we're imaging the same colour, is one that will require a very pale base unfortunately.

It is a true semi/direct dye, I have only seen it on Ebay, it is a European brand (I think Spanish, but could be wrong!)
The only other dark greys are already more blue based, but you could probably add pink or red to balance. Wella Colour Fresh has silvers right down to a level 5, available at Sallys. Joico Titanium is a nice dark silver and so is the new Adore Platinum, but they aren't easy to find in the UK

Ohhhh i'll search it then, i don't think i can get my hands on it tho
Is it possible to do using directions dyes ?

That is the exact colour my hair is now! (Except my fringe which is lighter and silvery whitish like my avatar pic)
I had a pale pinky lilac (very faded Deep purple and Virgin Rose) base, so i mixed Alpine Green and a touch of blue Velvet with the Nirvel grey and a ton of conditioner. So if you can get the Plum faded down you should be able to get a similar shade.

Ohhhhh it must be so beautiful ! you have the most perfect hair i must say by the way, must be really hard to take care of all that hair ahah
so i'd have to mix a bit of pink with the grey dye, makes sense.
Thanks a ton !
