Going brown

Hi everyone.

I'm quite sick at the moment, and I'm not really able to look after my hair the way I normally would. So, I'm thinking of covering it with a brown. I'm not really in a position to spend time fading it much. I'd just like to get it over with easily if possible.

I was thinking of initially popping on a box dye and then every now and then topping up with Adore. (Much easier than having to bleach an dye for me).

I'm wondering if a box dye will cover what I have.

First pic is my hair (which is a bit lighter than it looks there), and the two others are the shades I'd roughly be aiming for (as it's similar to my hair).

Thanks in advance. πŸ™‚

Box dye isn't the answer here.
It will still look multi coloured and will fade to a strange colour (the blue will go greenish sludge, it won't be pretty)
Better to go straight for Adore, an orangey shade will neutralise the blue, and ash brown eg Medium brown will work on the pink.

I recently dyed my hair box brown as I've got so much going on at the moment I don't have time to keep redying my hair. I had to fade Adore blue black which was more blue by the time I dyed, i covered it with a medium brown. Although it hasn't covered completely, I now look like I've got weird turquoise like strips through my hair which most people have commented on to look nice. I haven't washed my hair yet so don't know about the fade. I was planning on just topping up with adore when needed the colour I've dyed is more or less my natural colour so it was just a one off box dye.

Thank you for the information guys πŸ™‚

I think either way it's going to be a hassle...so I ended up buying a wig for now, if I don't feel like dying it for a while! XD
