So my hair was about level 9 or 10 and I tone it with wella t18. I got my roots dyed permanent black and each time I shower the black dye bleeds and has turned my ends a weird brown green color. In between washings I have used pravana hair color extractor on my ends and they go back to their light blonde, but every time I shower they are stained again. How do I stop the black from bleeding so my ends can become light blonde again? Please help!!

You can try washing the ends first and then putting conditioner on them before washing the black part.
