Had to tone my extensions once again as there's still a bit of warmth to them. It amazes me how you can get white/grey colour from dark yellow hair just by using a touch of violet hairdye.. Lovesit.
Waiting for them to dry, I should dye them turquoise by directions tomorrow as a test to see if it will go green, hopefully not! If it does I'll add atlantic blue, I'll also try and use atlantic blue on its own diluted with conditioner to see if it goes purple
Applied turquoise with a bit of atlantic blue over one piece of extensions: went green-ish, less than my previous hair extension pack, but still. Looks blue-ish/greenish... I'll leave it for about an hour and then we'll see the results when it dries.
It looks a bit better on the piece of extensions that is more purple-y..
Atlantic blue looks purple compared to turquoise which is a beautiful blue without any green in it.
Atlantic blue looks blue compared to violet.
Don't think the colour of atlantic blue changed, it looks like this deep acquamarine purple-y colour that fades blue when diluted
Hope it helps!
P.S. My next try will be toning the extensions not silver but light purple and then going over them with 70/80% dye (turq and atlantic 50/50) and 20% conditioner, I'll let you know how it goes!
